Project Idea

From an Idea to a Communication Experience

There are signals in space that whisper across time some in waves, others in warmth. TWINSCOPE is our response to these cosmic messages: a telescope that sees and listens at once, offering nsor sensitive to wavelengths between 700 nm and 1 mm, TWINSCOPE enablastronomers a multi-layered view of the universe. By combining a radio telescope operating at 1420 MHz with an infrared s ees simultaneous detection of electromagnetic and thermal emissions. Simulations of mysterious emitters like GPM-J1839-10 reveal a hidden harmony between light and heat, pulse and glow. TWINSCOPE opens the door to a universe rich with unseen patterns reminding us that discovery begins when we learn to look and listen at the same time.

01

The Beginning

How Did the Idea Begin?

The idea started from observing that celestial objects can emit different types of signals, such as Radio Waves and Infrared/thermal emissions. This led to the idea of combining both observation methods in one system.

02

The Idea

What Does the Project Offer?

TWINSCOPE provides simultaneous Radio and Infrared observations, giving astronomers more information about celestial objects and phenomena.

03

The Experience

From Concept to Prototype

We started with the concept of combining a Radio Telescope with an Infrared Sensor. We then defined the operating ranges: 1420 MHz for radio and 700 nm–1 mm for Infrared, and used Simulations to test the concept and study sources such as GPM-J1839-10.
